Originally from Pittsburgh, PA., I first came to Florida in 1974. In 1976 I went to work at Walt Disney World, working in transportation. I learned a valuable lesson at a very young age while working for Disney. If your number 1 priority is to be the best, to do it better than anyone else, all of your other priorities will naturally follow. I became licensed as an agent in 1984, and then licensed as a Broker in 1986. I now have over 30 years of experience listing and selling property in Brevard County. Those early lessons I learned at Disney, I have applied to my Real Estate business; Do it better than anyone else, and always strive for perfection. I've added a few additional principles as I've progressed. Always do what's in my clients best interest, especially when it's in direct conflict with my own best interest. Although this will likely be painful in the short run, it will pay many dividends in the long run. Especially in Real Estate, but also in life in general, always assume no one else will do their job. If they appear to have done their job, assume that they have done it either incorrectly or incompletely. Follow up follow up follow up! Having sold hundreds of homes, I know there is a process, a flow chart if you will. I also know where all the landmines are and can help you to avoid them. If I've done my job correctly, you'll never even know there was a landmine. I try to always anticipate my clients needs and fulfill them before you even ask. Again, I've done this before! After completing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mary decided to pursue a career in the real estate industry. She was first licensed in Texas, then Alabama, and now Florida. She has worked primarily in residential sales and leasing but has a background in commercial real estate leasing and mortgage loan originating as well. He would spend eight years there before returning to the Space Coast of Florida.
